anywAiR iPhone Error FG159P
Enable Local Network permission in iOS
Applies when the anywAiR app on an iPhone displays error FG159P, including reports showing mid:631a3.
Issue: The anywAiR app may be unable to communicate correctly with devices on the local network if iOS Local Network access has been disabled or not granted.
Resolution
On the affected iPhone, enable Local Network access for the anywAiR app:
- Open Settings on the iPhone.
- Select Apps.
- Select anywAiR.
- Find Local Network.
- Ensure Local Network is switched On.
iOS path: Settings > Apps > anywAiR > Local Network > On
After changing the setting
Return to the anywAiR app and retry the connection or setup process. If the error remains, fully close and reopen the app before testing again.
Important: This solution is based on a confirmed field fix for error FG159P on iPhone. If Local Network access is already enabled and the fault remains, further troubleshooting will be required.
