If you encounter Error FG3 on the tablet, it indicates a communication issue between the wall tablet and the communication module installed inside the roof. This can occasionally occur due to power or network interruptions.
To resolve the issue, please follow the steps below:
Turn off the power supply to the air conditioning unit at the circuit breaker and leave it off for at least 10 minutes.
Power off your internet modem and unplug it for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, restore power to both the A/C unit and the internet modem.
Allow the system a few minutes to reconnect and check whether the error clears.
These steps generally re-establish communication between the tablet and the indoor control module.
