When replacing an ANY1 controller with an ANY2, it’s possible for both systems to appear temporarily in the mobile app if the original system isn’t fully cleared. To resolve this:

  1. Please delete the mobile app from the customer’s phone.

  2. Reinstall the app and launch it – the system will initially display the “No systems paired (FG71)” error.

  3. Proceed to pair the new ANY2 device as normal – the app should now only display the updated system.

This process ensures the old ANY1 record is cleared and only the new system is associated with the customer’s account.
