The myanywAiR App allows Fujitsu General customers to remotely control their air conditioner or heat pump from their smartphone or tablet.
Through the app, users can manage comfort settings, schedule operation times, and monitor temperature – anytime, anywhere.

1. Supported Mobile Devices

The myanywAiR App is compatible with most modern iOS and Android smartphones and tablets.

2. Device Specifications and Connectivity

To ensure optimal performance:

  • Maintain a stable Wi-Fi connection (2.4 GHz band recommended).

  • Ensure your device has Bluetooth and Location Services enabled during initial setup.

  • Verify that your indoor air conditioner model is compatible with the anywAiR® Wi-Fi Adaptor.

  • The app requires internet access for remote control features to function correctly.

4. Recommended Usage

  • Connect the anywAiR Wi-Fi Adaptor to your compatible Fujitsu indoor unit.

  • Complete setup via the app using your home Wi-Fi network.

    • Turn the unit ON/OFF

    • Adjust temperature, mode, and fan speed

    • Set timers and scenes for automated operation


5. Troubleshooting Compatibility

If the app fails to install or open:

  1. Confirm your device’s OS version meets the minimum requirement.

  2. Check available storage space on your device.

  3. Restart the device and retry installation.

  4. If issues persist, uninstall and reinstall the app from the official store.
